Refund guide
If you wish to request a refund for your UpNote purchase, please note that all payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS/macOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To request a refund, please follow the instructions below:
For iOS / macOS Purchases (Apple App Store)
Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase UpNote.
Select “Request a refund” from the “I’d like to” dropdown menu.
Choose a reason for your refund from the provided options, then click Next.
Select your UpNote purchase.
Click Submit to send your refund request to Apple for review.
For Android Purchases (Google Play Store)
Go to play.google.com.
At the top right, click your Profile picture.
Click Payments & subscriptions
Budget & order history.
For the order you want to get refund, click Report a problem.
Select the option that describes your situation.
Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
Click Submit.
Notes
If you no longer want the subscription, please cancel it through your device settings before it renews automatically.
Refunds must be requested directly through the platform you used to purchase UpNote.
If you encounter any issues during the refund process, please contact Apple or Google support directly.
