Forget lock password
Follow the steps below if you forget your lock password:
On desktop
Sign in again with your UpNote account password. If you also forget the account password, you can reset the password as per instruction here.
When you sign in again, your lock password will be set as your account password. Use that to unlock the notebook or change it again from
Settings>General>Change lock password.
On mobile
Sign out and sign in again
Sign in again with your UpNote account password. If you also forget the account password, you can reset the password as per instruction here.
You will be asked to create a new passcode when accessing locked notebook
