Focus mode

In Focus Mode, the sidebar and notes list will be hidden so that you can totally focus on your writing.

On Mac, Windows and Linux, you can toggle this mode with the shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + F, or click the Expand button in the upper right corner of your note editor.

On iPad, you can tap the Expand button in the upper left corner of your note editor to enter the Focus Mode.

Line length in focus mode

On desktop, you can set the line width in the Focus Mode by clicking the ... button in the upper right corner of your UpNote window and selecting Line length

Create new note in focus mode

On desktop, you may choose to always create a new note in Focus Mode. To do so, go to Settings > General and enable Create new note in focus mode
