Restore a note version

When you edit a note, the older version will automatically be saved in the version history so you can easily review what has changed and restore a previous version of your notes.
To view the version history of your note, click the button in the top bar of your note editor.
All versions of your note will be displayed in the pop-up window.
Click on the date and time to preview and find the note version you want to restore. Click Restore
to restore the note.
Tap the the ...
button in the top bar of your note editor and select Version History
.
You will see the list of your note versions. Select one to preview and find the note version you want to restore. Tap Restore
to restore the note.
By default, the maximum number of note versions is kept at 50. On desktop, you can change the maximum number in Settings
> Backup
.
On mobile, go to Settings
> General
> Maximum number of version history
To delete version history of your notes, follow the steps below:
Sign out of the app
Select Delete backup data
Your note’s version history will be deleted on the current device.
