Merge notes

You can merge multiple individual notes into a single one. Follow the steps below to perform this action on desktop and mobile apps.

On desktop

1. Select multiple notes in the note list

2. Click Merge notes in the right pane

   
3. Preview the combined note. Rearrange the order of individual notes if needed.

   

4. Click the Merge button.

On mobile

1. On iOS: tap the ... button in the lower right corner of your note list screen. On Android: long tap on a note row in the note list.

2. Tap Select Notes

3. Select multiple notes by tapping the circle in front of each note row

4. Tap ... again and select Merge into a new note
