Unable to sync

Please try the following steps to resolve sync issues:

  1. Update the app

    • Make sure you’re using the latest version of UpNote on all your devices.

    • Go to Settings > Help > Check for updates to update the app.

  2. Confirm your account

    • Ensure you’re signed in with the same account on all devices.

    • You can check this in Settings > My Account.

  3. Check your internet connection Sync issues are often related to unstable connections. Try these steps:

    • Toggle your Wi-Fi off and on

    • Restart your router

    • Restart the UpNote app

    • Restart your device

    • Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network

  4. Check VPN, antivirus, or firewall

    • Turn off any VPN on your device

    • Make sure your antivirus or firewall isn’t blocking UpNote’s connection

  5. Company network restrictions If you’re on a company network, the connection to UpNote’s servers may be blocked. Please let us know if your administrator can adjust the firewall so we can provide a list of servers to allow.


If the issue persists after trying the steps above, please email [email protected] with the debug logs from the affected devices (Settings > Help > Save debug log) so we can investigate further.
