Transfer notes between accounts
We recommend signing in to only one UpNote account across all your devices to prevent syncing issues and confusion with premium access.
If you have signed in with multiple accounts and would like to combine them into one, please follow these steps to transfer your notes:
Sign in to the account you want to transfer notes from.
Export all notes to HTML — this will create an export folder.
Sign out and then sign in to your main account.
Import the HTML folder into your main account.
If you have multiple notebooks, you may need to reorganize them afterward—for example, by setting notebook covers, applying locks, and adjusting the notebook structure after the import.
