Duplicated charges

If you are still being charged for a monthly subscription after switching to the lifetime plan:

We showed a pop up to ask users to cancel subscription before changing to lifetime upgrade. If you have not done so, please cancel your subscription now to avoid double charges in the future. The subscription needs to be canceled by the user and we are not allowed to do that on your behalf.

After that, please contact Apple/Google to request for the refunds for duplicated subscription charges.

Purchase receipts

When you upgrade to Premium via the App Store or Google Play, you will receive a purchase receipt from Apple or Google. If you haven’t received it, please contact Apple or Google directly, as they manage all payments made through the App Store or Play Store.

Refund

If you would like to request a refund for your UpNote Premium purchase, please note that refunds are processed directly by the platform you purchased from (Apple or Google).

1. If you purchased from the App Store (iOS / macOS): Please follow Apple’s refund process here.

2. If you purchased from Google Play (Android): Please follow Google’s refund instructions here.

After submitting your request, Apple or Google will review it and notify you of the refund status.
