Missing notes
If you are unable to find your notes, please try the following steps:
Update your app Make sure you’re using the latest version of UpNote. Go to Settings > Help > Check for updates to update the app.
Check your account Ensure you’re signed in with the correct account. You may have created more than one.
Search for your notes Try searching to see if your notes appear in Trash or other spaces. You can follow this guide to restore notes from Trash.
Restore from version history If your notes still exist, you can try restoring the missing content from the version history.
Restore from backup (desktop only) On desktop, you can also restore notes from an automatic backup:
