# Share extension on iOS

UpNote supports share extension on iOS so you can quickly share images, web pages or selected text to UpNote app.

### **Share a web page**

1. Open a web page in Safari

3. Select UpNote app in the app list\

   If UpNote does not show up in the app list:

   * Swipe to the right end of the list and tap the **`More`** button\

   * Tap the **`Edit`** button in the upper right corner to add UpNote app to the list
4. You can add more details to your note (optional) and tap the **`Post`** button to share to UpNote
5. The web page has been clipped to UpNote. Now you can open UpNote app to view and sync your notes to other devices.

### Share text

1. Select the text you want to share
2. Tap the **`Share`** button in the pop up&#x20;
3. Select UpNote app in the app list\

   If UpNote does not show up in the app list:

   * Swipe to the right end of the list and tap the **`More`** button\

   * Tap the **`Edit`** button in the upper right corner to add UpNote app to the list
4. You can add more details to your note (optional) and tap the **`Post`** button to share to UpNote
5. The text content has been shared to UpNote. Now you can open UpNote app to view and sync your notes to other devices.
