Premium purchase not reflected

  • If you are using UpNote on multiple devices, make sure you have signed in to your premium account to sync your premium.

  • If you have signed in with different accounts, please note that:

    • The purchase is linked to a single UpNote account. If you sign out and log into a different account, that new account will become Premium, while the original one will revert to Free.

    • To restore purchase, use the original device where the upgrade was made, sign in to your UpNote account, go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchase to reactive your premium status.

    • To prevent confusion and glitches when using premium on multiple devices, please sign in to only one account across all your devices.

  • If you still don’t see Premium features, please email us at [email protected] with your UpNote account information and your purchase receipt, and we’ll assist you further.
