Premium purchase not reflected
If you are using UpNote on multiple devices, make sure you have signed in to your premium account to sync your premium.
If you have signed in with different accounts, please note that:
The purchase is linked to a single UpNote account. If you sign out and log into a different account, that new account will become Premium, while the original one will revert to Free.
To restore purchase, use the original device where the upgrade was made, sign in to your UpNote account, go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchase to reactive your premium status.
To prevent confusion and glitches when using premium on multiple devices, please sign in to only one account across all your devices.
