Cancelation and refund

If you cancel your UpNote Premium subscription, all your existing notes and data will remain safe and accessible. However, once your subscription ends, you won’t be able to create new notes if your total already exceeds the 50-note limit, and premium features — such as certain export options — will no longer be available.

If you’d like to request a refund for your UpNote Premium purchase, please contact the store where you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play). They handle all refund requests directly.

1. If you purchased from the App Store (iOS / macOS): Please follow Apple’s refund process here.

2. If you purchased from Google Play (Android): Please follow Google’s refund instructions here.

After submitting your request, Apple or Google will review it and notify you of the refund status.
