# Search for notebooks

To search for notebooks, you can simply type the notebook name in the search box. The matched notebook name will appear first in the search result.

Alternatively, you can search for notebooks directly from the Notebooks screen. First, select Notebooks in the sidebar to view all your notebooks, then enter the notebook name in the search box on that screen.

If you want to search for both notebooks and sub-notebooks, please switch to the List view in the Notebooks screen before searching.
