# Import notes to spaces

If you’re using multiple UpNote accounts and would like to merge them into spaces under a single account, please follow these steps on your **desktop** app:

1. [Export all notes](/ko/import-and-export/export-notes.md) from the account you want to merge by exporting to HTML. This will create an export folder.
2. Sign in to your main account, create a new space, and [import the HTML folder](/ko/import-and-export/import-content-to-upnote.md) into that space.
3. If you have multiple notebooks, you may need to reorganize them—such as setting notebook covers, applying locks, and adjusting the notebook structure after the import.
