# キャンセルと返金

UpNote Premium **サブスクリプション** をキャンセルした場合でも、既存のノートやデータは安全に保持され、アクセス可能です。しかし、サブスクリプションが終了すると、すでに50ノートを超えている場合は新しいノートを作成できなくなり、特定のエクスポートオプションなどのプレミアム機能も利用できなくなります。
