# プレミアムが表示されない場合

* 複数のデバイスでUpNoteを使用している場合は、プレミアムアカウントにサインインして、プレミアムを同期していることを確認してください。
* 異なるアカウントでサインインしている場合は、以下に注意してください：
  * 購入は1つのUpNoteアカウントに紐づいています。サインアウトして別のアカウントでサインインすると、その新しいアカウントがプレミアムになり、元のアカウントは無料に戻ります。
  * 購入を復元するには、アップグレードを行った元のデバイスでサインインし、**設定 → プレミアム → 購入を復元** に進んで、プレミアムの状態を再有効化してください。
  * 複数デバイスでプレミアムを使用する際の混乱や不具合を避けるため、すべてのデバイスで1つのアカウントにのみサインインしてください。
* それでもプレミアム機能が表示されない場合は、UpNoteアカウント情報と購入領収書を添えて [**support@getupnote.com**](mailto:support@getupnote.com) までメールでご連絡ください。サポートチームが対応いたします。
