# アカウントの削除

以下の手順でアカウントを削除できます：

1. 任意のプラットフォームで UpNote アプリにサインイン
2. **設定 > マイアカウント > アカウントを削除** に移動
3. メールアドレスとパスワードを入力
4. **`アカウントを削除`** ボタンをタップ／クリック\
   この操作により、アカウントおよび関連データはサーバーから即時に削除され、元に戻すことはできません。

**FAQ: 削除したアカウントは復元できますか？**

アカウントを削除すると、アカウントおよび関連データは完全に削除され、復元できない旨の警告が表示されます。

ただし、デスクトップにバックアップファイルが残っている場合は、新しいアカウント（既存のメールアドレスを使用）を作成し、**設定 > 一般 > バックアップ > バックアップを復元** からバックアップを復元できます。
